My best friend from college had her first baby, a son named Zeke, this past December. In celebration of this joyous advent, I whipped up a couple of crochet bibs. I loosely translated this pattern opting not to add the ruffle since it was for a baby boy. For one of the bibs, I crocheted then appliqued this star pattern. Sewed a couple buttons and I was done! Quite the nice little weekend project.
Happy Friday!

Hi Aurora! Just caught up on your last few posts and wanted you to know I enjoy visiting you and seeing your latest projects and the encouraging Scripture verses. I have been crocheting several heart patterns, but am going to check out your little star link. Thanks =)

The bibs are adorable. We have a few teachers at school who are pregnant. I might have to make something like this -- so much easier than a blanket. :) Best wishes, Tammy
